GML has experience in building traditional and modern homes and anything in between...it really is up to YOU on what you want to build. As long as you have a budget and a timeline, GML can do the rest.

Here is how GML can build on your lot:

You already own the lot, have a lot under contract or seeking a lot to purchase. We can help you find a lot that fits your needs if you don't have one identified yet
You are pre-qualified for a construction loan in the amount that works for your budget, size of home you're looking to build, finishes, etc. We can help you with this part as we work with many mortgage professionals who can assist you with getting a construction loan
We sit down together to review your goals with your home, exterior, finishes, budget, timeline, etc. to work out the best possible scenario for you. During this process, you'll meet with our professional team members to ensure the building process is smooth and unique to you and your needs
Once all details are ironed out and selections are made, we'll finalize a contract between GML and you the homeowner which outlines all the important details of the build. Once signed, we can officially begin the permit process
At this point, you'll send the signed contract to your mortgage broker/bank and finalize a closing date for the construction loan
Once you close on the loan and all necessary permits are in hand, we can break ground on your dream home. Typical timeline once we break ground to handing over the keys is roughly 6 months. This is all dependent upon size of home, lot conditions, weather, etc.
We'll set up many walkthroughs throughout the entire building process to keep you up to date on the latest and to ensure we are hitting all of your needs.
